Yes, we’ll dive into the stages of labour, pain relief, positioning, caesarean birth, induction methods, interventions risks & benefits, how to nurture a physiological birth, partner support techniques, breastfeeding and everything in between. But we’ll also open up space for the bigger picture…

This package is for the mama (and partner) who want complete, hands-on support every step of the way. Together, we’ll build a strong connection during your pregnancy with two in-depth antenatal appointments packed with education, birth planning, discussion, and learning different tools and techniques to prepare for birth—plus plenty of partner support to keep everyone feeling confident.

I’m here for you beyond our sessions, offering ongoing support via email, text, and FaceTime for ANY questions or concerns up until our final session.

With up to 12 hours of birth support, I’ll check in with you during early labour to guide you through techniques and offer suggestions to keep you comfortable. When the time is right, I’ll be there with you—whether you’re at home, in a birth centre, or at the hospital—providing support for both you and your partner, encouraging open communication, and helping you navigate the process while avoiding unnecessary interventions. You’ll also get FREE TENS hire included, which will be delivered during our last antenatal session together.

Once your precious baby arrives, I’ll be there to capture those first adorable moments, and then I’ll give you space to bond as a family. I’ll check in with you in the following days to ensure you’re thriving (not just surviving) through the fourth trimester. We’ll have our birth debrief, and I’ll provide newborn and breastfeeding support so you’re fully supported in those early days.

What's Included:

• 2 x In-person antenatal visits (for as long as we need)

• Creating a comprehensive birth plan for your providers

• Access to my online birth course & pre-made resources

• Ongoing text, email & FaceTime support until our birth debrief

• On-call support from 37 weeks to attend your birth, with 12 hours of in-person birth support (a $300 surcharge applies for any births that exceed 12 hours)

• 1 x Birth Debrief (as long as we need) to discuss your birth and provide fourth trimester support

• Approx. 20 hours of total in-person support and ongoing virtual support
